Job Duties
- Coordinate with customer traffic and logistics office to create, review, and complete shipments
- Track, trace, and expedite inbound and outbound shipments
- Resolve transportation and shipping issues quickly
- Respond to customer calls and exceed customer expectations
- Build positive relationships with customers, associates, and external vendors
