Job Duties
- Accept and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage
- Log received goods into the inventory system and ensure proper storage
- Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies
- Properly stock shelves and storage areas following safety guidelines
- Rotate inventory to prevent spoilage or obsolescence
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
- Accurately pick and prepare orders based on facility requests
- Pack and label items for efficient distribution
- Ensure correct quantities and items are prepared for dispatch
- Load and unload delivery vehicles as needed
- Deliver supplies to designated Soul Housing facilities promptly
- Verify deliveries with recipients and obtain necessary confirmations
- Follow all warehouse safety protocols, including proper lifting techniques
- Operate warehouse equipment safely
- Report any safety hazards, damages, or issues to the Warehouse Manager
