Job Requirements
- Minimum three months related experience in a warehouse environment or equivalent training, education, and experience
- Ability to pass a drug screen
- Basic English language skills both verbal and written
- Ability to work additional hours beyond scheduled shift if hired full time
- Ability to work at heights up to 60 feet or more
- Ability to lift, push or pull boxes weighing between 70 and 100 pounds by hand
- Must wear safety composite shoes
- Ability to walk and stand 100 percent of the time
- Must be at least 18 years old
Job Qualifications
- Minimum three months related experience in a warehouse environment or equivalent training, education, and experience
- Basic English language skills including verbal and written communication
- Ability to be certified as a Material Handling Equipment Operator and safely operate warehouse machinery
- Ability to lift, push or pull merchandise weighing between 70 and 100 pounds
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment with seasonal temperature variations
- Ability to work at heights up to 60 feet
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred
- Prior experience operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and cherry pickers preferred
Job Duties
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, cherry pickers, turrets, or electric pallet jacks to move products within the warehouse safely
- Perform general cleaning and maintenance duties both inside and outside the facility
- Manually unload trucks and palletize products while confirming product accuracy
- Match item quantities and descriptions to packing slips on returned items and tag appropriately
- Organize, stack, and shrink-wrap customer orders on pallets and load trucks manually
- Ensure safe work practices and promote a culture of safety in the warehouse
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues and communicate professionally with internal and external contacts to resolve issues
