Job Requirements

No formal education required
Prior experience in warehouse work preferred
Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical labor
Ability to operate warehouse machinery and equipment
Ability to work in a warehouse environment that is not climate controlled
Reliable and punctual with regular attendance
Good communication skills
Ability to follow instructions and work independently or with a team

Job Qualifications

Prior warehouse experience
Experience in shipping, receiving, inventory, and stocking
Familiarity with driving and equipment operation such as pallet jack, forklift, and floor scrubber
Ability to work well with a team including route drivers, managers, and delivery drivers
Willingness to work in non-climate controlled warehouse
Physical fitness to perform lifting and other physical tasks
Good organizational skills
Strong attention to detail

Job Duties

Warehouse work including pulling loads, shipping, receiving, inventory control, stocking, sorting, maintenance, housekeeping, and use of machinery and equipment
Pull all loads and products for route trucks, lift and load on/off trucks
Check all deliveries and compare them to paperwork before signing off
Keep facilities clean by emptying trash, sweeping, straightening parking lot, warehouse, and dock, and bailing cardboard
Perform physical tasks including lifting, overhead reaching, stooping, bending, stairs, standing, walking
Maintain regular on-time attendance
Collaborate closely with route drivers, managers, and delivery drivers
