This position is for a part-time Warehouse Janitorial Cleaner located at 4400 Hart Road, Santa Fe, NM 87507, with a scheduled shift from 3:00 AM to 11:00 AM, Thursday through Saturday. The hourly rate for this role is $18.00, subject to verification based on the applicant’s experience, skills, and alignment with market data. The Warehouse Janitorial Cleaner role involves vital responsibilities including operating specialized cleaning equipment and using cleaning chemicals safely and effectively. Daily duties focus on cleaning and sanitizing restrooms—a key component of the role—while ensuring restrooms are stocked with necessary supplies. Additional cleaning responsibilities include maintaining floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming, cleaning interior glass surfaces such as windows and mirrors, and wiping down furniture and equipment. The candidate should be able to follow assigned work schedules and routes precisely while identifying and reporting any barriers or issues that could affect cleaning operations.

In this role, the cleaner will also assist with moving furniture, cabinets, boxes, crates, and equipment manually or with hand trucks to access areas needing cleaning. Proper adherence to procedures regarding the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment is essential to prevent damage to surfaces and fixtures. The position also entails the disposal of trash and recyclables and communicating effectively with clients, co-workers, and supervisors to foster a safe and collaborative work environment. The job includes the flexibility to complete any additional duties assigned by management.
