The role of Warehouse / Driver / Logistics Technician at Bradford Consolidation Logistics is designed for motivated professionals who want to thrive in a fast-paced logistics environment. This role is integral to the seamless operation of the warehouse and distribution activities. As a Logistics Technician, your daily responsibilities will encompass handling material flows, coordinating with vendors, maintaining inventory accuracy through warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanning technology, and ensuring timely order picking, packing, and staging.

Additionally, this role requires operating a company box truck on campus, managing loading dock operations, and adhering strictly to OSHA safety standards. Physical fitness is important since the position involves lifting items up to 75 pounds and performing various physically demanding warehouse tasks. The ideal candidate is proficient in basic computer functions, is familiar with RF scanners and inventory systems, and holds a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

This role is scheduled Monday through Friday from 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM, offering a consistent schedule that supports work-life balance. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1+ year experience in warehouse, logistics, supply chain, distribution, or material handling
  • Ability to repeatedly lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical warehouse tasks
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  • Ability to operate a non-CDL box truck
  • Ability to pass background check and drug screening
  • Availability Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Manage loading dock operations, freight receiving, and vendor coordination
  • Receive, inspect, and process inbound materials using RF/barcode scanning systems
  • Perform inventory control, picking, packing, staging, and material distribution
  • Safely load/unload vehicles and operate a company box truck for campus deliveries
  • Ensure OSHA-compliant safety standards while delivering excellent internal customer service
