Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of warehouse logistics experience
- Ability to read construction blueprints and electrical schematics
- Proficiency in MS Office and Windows
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally
- Strong communication skills
- Organizational skills
- Ability to work independently
- Regular and reliable attendance
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Assist in all warehouse logistics including inbound and outbound freight
- Coordinate third-party courier services for project material deliveries
- Process and communicate expedited inbound freight for Service Operations and field teams
- Support inventory management of construction, service, and panel fabrication materials
- Manage inventory, disbursement, and replenishment of office and field safety equipment
- Coordinate check-out and check-in of field safety equipment
- Communicate effectively with project team members regarding issues and information needs
- Process material packing lists and freight documentation for project archives
- Handle Return Material Authorizations including product/vendor documentation and return shipping
- Perform project and customer site deliveries as needed
- Manage tool crib inventory including check-in/check-out and maintain NIST certification compliance
- Support panel shop fabrication operations
- Organize and inventory PM/PE stocking racks
- Perform other operational support duties as assigned
