Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum one year of relevant work experience in foodservice hospitality or warehousing
- ability to work variable event driven schedule including evenings and weekends
- excellent attendance and punctuality
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- physical capability to perform warehouse duties including lifting and moving heavy items
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- ability to follow safety and sanitation protocols
- must have professional presentation and self-direction
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- one year of foodservice hospitality or warehousing experience
- similar venue experience is a plus
- physical ability to execute warehouse duties
- Food Service Certification (ServSafe)
- ability to communicate clearly professionally and courteously
- ability to work well in a team oriented fast paced event driven environment
- thorough working knowledge of sanitation food preparation alcohol service and safety standards
- ability to stand and walk extensively
- able to reach sit walk stoop kneel crouch and crawl
- required to frequently lift heavy objects with team lift encouraged
- experience operating electric manual pallet jacks and forklifts is strongly desired
Job Duties
- Receive deliveries checking for accuracy and quality
- fulfill requisition sheets to restock bars concession stands or kitchens
- stage products for upcoming events
- perform proper food rotation
- process spoilage
- distribute product
- maintain equipment
- oversee proper product transfers
- maintain knowledge of concession locations equipment evacuation procedures adjacent employee and guest areas and facility access
- service draft beer lines exchange kegs or CO2 tanks
- restock Grab & Go locations at end of day
- conduct post-event breakdown
- move kegs of beer using a hand truck
- run product throughout an event
- perform warehouse closing duties including sweep mop trash and recycling
