Job Requirements

  • Legally authorized to work in the US
  • at least 18 years old
  • ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • maintain reliable attendance

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • at least 1 year customer service and/or sales experience preferred
  • ability to communicate information in a motivating manner that prompts action
  • outgoing, friendly, and easy to talk to
  • ability to develop and share fresh ideas
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest
  • maintain a welcoming, professional, visible presence at the front desk
  • engage with guests, ensuring they are treated cordially and respectfully
  • accurately and efficiently process sales orders adhering to cash handling protocols
  • assist customers with credit applications and financing matters
  • address customer concerns independently when possible
  • aid in store opening and closing activities including cash reconciliation and completion of daily checklists
  • support inventory management and loss prevention procedures including participation in bi-annual inventory checks
  • meet and exceed sales goals and align to KPIs and performance standards
  • complete additional tasks as assigned by management
