Job Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the US
- at least 18 years old
- ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

- at least 1 year customer service and/or sales experience preferred

Job Duties

- provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest
- maintain a welcoming, professional, visible presence at the front desk
- engage with guests, ensuring they are treated cordially and respectfully
- accurately and efficiently process sales orders adhering to cash handling protocols
- assist customers with credit applications and financing matters
- address customer concerns independently when possible
- aid in store opening and closing activities including cash reconciliation and completion of daily checklists
- support inventory management and loss prevention procedures including participation in bi-annual inventory checks
- meet and exceed sales goals and align to KPIs and performance standards
- complete additional tasks as assigned by management
