Job Duties
- Select, package, and prepare customer orders for shipment
- follow safety procedures and quality standards at all times
- work efficiently to maintain daily production targets according to the production matrix or schedule
- maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area
- use handheld scanners or similar devices to complete pick/pack operations
- collaborate effectively with team members to meet operational goals
- support general warehouse functions as assigned
- stand for extended periods and perform repetitive physical tasks
- adapt to changing demands and maintain consistent performance
- ensure accurate labeling and shipment preparation
