Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- General knowledge of warehouse and inventory control systems
- Experience with cycle count activities, forklift operation, shipping and receiving
- Punctual with strong attendance history
- Must meet company employment requirements including passing drug screening, criminal background check, and motor vehicle record check if driving
- Ability to repetitively lift, carry, push, pull up to 50 pounds
- Frequent bending, stooping, standing 8-10 hours per day
Job Qualifications

- Forklift operation experience
- Shipping and receiving experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and standing for extended hours
- Familiarity with warranty and repair documentation processes
Job Duties
- Determine the needs of the technician
- Cross reference if parts needed are in the company, if not, communicate with supervisor for ordering
- Coordinate shipping of parts located at other locations via UPS
- Stage parts upon arrival for technicians and alert service department
- Transfer inventory to technicians' trucks
- Collect cores and used parts for repair or replacement under proper documentation
- Fill out warranty and return material authorization forms for various parts
- Confirm warranty repairs on the VeriFone website
- Ship collected parts to repair facilities and track shipment via UPS
- Conduct quarterly inventories of every technician's vehicle
- Scan and count all barcoded items
- Evaluate inventory discrepancies with the supervisor
- Organize and control stored materials and equipment in warehouse
- Receive, label, and stock new inventory
- Participate in annual physical inventory
- Stage and notify customer or sales personnel of materials received
- Serve as backup for over-the-counter sales to customers
- Assist with checking in dispensers and noting damages
- Load and unload freight trucks
- Assist customers picking up equipment
