Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in warehouse coordination or related field preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
- Good physical condition
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including overtime
- Willingness to participate in mandatory safety training
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Basic computer proficiency

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) and work well within a team environment
- Demonstrated computer ability
- Good time management skills
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- Ability to perform manual labor including lifting up to 75 pounds
- Familiarity with Navision is a plus
- Fluent in Spanish, both verbal and written is a plus
- Knowledge of business and management principles is a plus
- Knowledge of accounting practices is a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or other spreadsheet programs including strong analytical abilities
Job Duties
- Coordinate with ops manager activities that include deliveries, receiving, storing, loading/unloading and inventory of product and equipment
- Follow all safety policies and procedures to ensure proper handling and safety procedures are adhered to at all times
- Adhere to product receiving practices to ensure that product is received and accounted for as per practice/policy
- Participate in mandatory safety training and adhere to all policies as they relate to your job functions
- Prepare for inspection of incoming materials against order and delivery paperwork and specifications
- Immediately report any inconsistencies or damages and document them appropriately
- Conduct inventory counts as requested
- Willingly perform any other related duties as required
- Coordinate daily loading and unloading of trucks
- Facilitate and/or perform mechanical repair on equipment as directed by operations manager
- Responsible for parking of company vehicles as well as their care, protection and inventory
- General housekeeping as needed, coordinate with operations manager
- Ensure OSHA compliance on all machinery, equipment and procedures
- Maintain and meet all DOT regulations on truck fleet
- Facilitate and/or minor repairs to office interior and exterior
- Other duties as assigned
