Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in warehouse shipping receiving or logistics preferred but not required
- strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- ability to lift and move boxes and equipment up to approximately 50 lbs
- basic computer skills including Excel Google Sheets or inventory management software
- willingness to learn technical product handling servers networking equipment etc
- positive attitude team player and reliable work ethic

- fundamental understanding of network layers 2-4 is a plus
- fundamental understanding of network hardware is a plus
- background in deploying and managing DMDW CWDM connectivity is a plus
- background in deploying and managing cross connects is a plus
- knowledge and experience with global logistics is a plus
Job Duties
- Receive inspect and organize inbound shipments of networking and data center equipment
- pick pack and prepare outbound shipments including generating labels and ensuring cartons are properly marked
- maintain accurate inventory records in internal systems scanning logging serial numbers reconciling stock
- assist with staging equipment for deployment to global data center sites
- support freight coordination for domestic and international shipments
- ensure the warehouse remains clean secure and compliant with company policies
- communicate with logistics leadership and cross-functional teams regarding shipment status delays or issues
- provide basic reporting on inventory counts inbound outbound shipments and daily warehouse activity
