Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory management
- valid driver's license and clean driving record
- physical ability to lift heavy items and operate warehouse equipment
- good communication and organizational skills
- proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
Job Qualifications
- previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory management (HVAC or construction industry preferred)
- valid driver's license and clean driving record
- strong organizational and communication skills
- ability to lift and move heavy items and operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts)
- computer skills for inventory tracking and communication including Microsoft 365 suite of products (Outlook, Excel, Word minimum)
Job Duties
- perform all shipping and receiving functions for HVAC parts and equipment
- load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
- deliver or schedule deliveries of parts and equipment to job sites and technicians as needed
- conduct weekly inventory counts and communicate on-hand quantities to relevant teams
- locate parts and obtain pricing to support estimating and customer proposal development
- maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
- collaborate with service, construction, and estimating teams to ensure timely material availability
