Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work under direction of the Director of Nursing Services
- willingness to work in a business manner to enhance facility functions
- strong communication and organizational skills
- proficiency in basic computer applications
- commitment to confidentiality and privacy standards
- ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a healthcare administrative role preferred
- proficiency in computer applications and electronic health records systems
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- strong organizational skills
- commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
Job Duties
- Coordinate and manage activities at the nurses station efficiently
- perform receptionist duties including answering phone calls and greeting visitors
- execute general clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and faxing documents
- maintain accurate and organized patient records and other essential paperwork
- utilize computer skills to input, update, and retrieve information from electronic systems
- collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure smooth communication and workflow
- assist in scheduling appointments and managing patient admissions and discharges
- uphold confidentiality and privacy standards in handling sensitive information
- perform other duties as assigned
