The role of a Team Lead (Shift Supervisor) at Philz is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about people, leadership, and top-notch customer service. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for supervising daily shift activities and supporting an energetic team of baristas. Your responsibilities include managing team dynamics by placing the right people in suitable roles at the right times to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction. You will monitor performance metrics of your team, support in training new hires, and assist store leaders with administrative duties and operational goals. Additionally, you will help maintain Philz’s safety standards and promote the company’s core values: Obsess Over Customers & Team, In Pursuit of Better, and Be Kind & Keep it Real.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food and beverage supervisory roles preferred
- Ability to operate various machines, tools, and equipment
- Visual acuity for safety and accuracy
- Ability to remain stationary for at least 3 hours
- Capability to stand, walk, stoop, and kneel
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds intermittently and 3 pounds repetitively to shoulder height
- Manual dexterity to grasp, finger, and reach
- Effective verbal communication skills
