Job Requirements

  • Prior experience in food service or hospitality

  • Basic computer literacy

Job Duties

  • Greet and or acknowledge customers in a timely manner
  • Take drink and food orders and be able to answer any menu-related questions a customer may have
  • Suggest menu items to customers
  • Be able to use our POS system correctly
  • Accurately deliver drinks and food to table
  • Check on the customers to make sure they are having an enjoyable dining experience
  • Deliver check to customers
  • Follow all cleanliness standards and complete side work assignments accurately
  • Work with other staff as a team and always have a positive, upbeat, and energetic attitude
  • Work diligently to achieve outstanding service quality
