Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in food service or hospitality
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic computer literacy

Job Duties
- Greet and or acknowledge customers in a timely manner
- Take drink and food orders and be able to answer any menu-related questions a customer may have
- Suggest menu items to customers
- Be able to use our POS system correctly
- Accurately deliver drinks and food to table
- Check on the customers to make sure they are having an enjoyable dining experience
- Deliver check to customers
- Follow all cleanliness standards and complete side work assignments accurately
- Work with other staff as a team and always have a positive, upbeat, and energetic attitude
- Work diligently to achieve outstanding service quality
