Job Duties

Serve all meals in a professional, courteous, and prompt manner
knowledge of daily menus including key ingredients and allergen information
learn resident names and table assignments
set and clear dining room tables per department standards
maintain quality dining room and kitchen standards through assigned cleaning
complete assignments accurately and timely
adhere to food safety, workplace, and sanitation standards
follow uniform guidelines
efficiently use computer system to enter orders
