Job Requirements
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol and provide ABLE license and proof of alcohol safety training
- must have Wednesday and weekend availability
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a serving or hospitality role is preferred but not required
- passion for providing excellent customer service and creating a positive dining experience
- ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
- flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
Job Duties
- Welcome guests with a friendly, welcoming attitude
- provide menus, take orders, and offer recommendations based on guests
- serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner
- ensure that the dining area is clean, organized, and fully stocked
- maintain a thorough knowledge of the menu, including specials and wine pairings
- address and resolve guest concerns with professionalism and courtesy
- collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure orders are accurate and efficiently prepared
- handle payments, provide accurate change, and process credit card transactions
