Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience in food prep, handling, and cooking
  • prior experience in fine dining, Four and Five Star/Diamond hotels and resorts preferred
  • experience training and coaching others
  • strong communication skills in English
  • can-do spirit
  • customer service focus
  • strong time management skills
  • general knowledge of safety and sanitation practices
  • ServSafe certification highly preferred
