As a Waitstaff / Server at Fellowship Square, you will play a vital role that goes far beyond simply delivering meals.   • Must be at least 16 years of age
  • high school diploma or equivalent required
  • must pass pre-employment drug test and background check
  • previous food service experience preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • Provide courteous, attentive service to residents, guests, and team members
  • set up dining room tables to create a welcoming environment
  • take resident and guest orders and serve meals promptly with care
  • follow all food safety, sanitation, and service standards
  • clear and clean tables to maintain a comfortable dining experience
  • communicate effectively with residents, honoring their preferences and needs
  • support a culture of respect, kindness, and hospitality in every interaction
