Job Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED is desired
- No previous experience is required
- Current Food Handler's Permit
- Certification in CPR and First Aid
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language

- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Previous experience in hospitality or dining services is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional dining experience to residents and guests
- Ensure the Dining Room is welcoming by adhering to cleanliness standards
- Provide prompt and courteous meal service
- Comply with federal, state, and local standards for community operation
- Incorporate Generations' Mission, Vision, and Values into daily work and interactions
- Participate in on-the-job training and development
- Maintain a safe work environment
