Maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of menus is crucial to provide guests with accurate information and respond to their needs effectively. This position requires clear communication with guests, coworkers, and supervisors, as well as providing guidance to supporting staff such as bussers and bartenders. The individual will also carry out essential point-of-sale operations such as comps, voids, and transfers, and manage cash drops when necessary.

Safety and professionalism are priorities in this role, with employees expected to use proper protective equipment, observe safety procedures, and report any unsafe conditions immediately. The work demands physical stamina, including standing for extended periods, lifting heavy items, and navigating stairs regularly.
