Job Requirements
- completion and passing of a drug test excluding marijuana
- participation in health screenings such as tuberculosis test and physical evaluation
- compliance with COVID-19 and influenza vaccination mandates as per federal, state, and local laws
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- reliable transportation
- ability to pass background checks
- willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in senior care or related field preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work effectively as part of a team
- compassionate and patient demeanor
- basic knowledge of health and safety protocols
- willingness to comply with company pre-employment testing and vaccination policies
