Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience a plus
- Ability to smile and create a welcoming environment
- Ability to multitask and handle guest concerns confidently
- Basic knowledge of food service operations
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Ability to stand for extended periods
