Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
prior experience in fine dining service preferred
familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and OpenTable
strong interpersonal and communication skills
ability to stand for extended periods and carry heavy trays
excellent customer service orientation
flexible availability including evenings weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

Strong knowledge of food service practices particularly in fine dining settings
proficiency in using POS systems including Aloha POS and OpenTable
excellent guest relations skills with a focus on providing outstanding customer service
ability to perform basic math calculations for order processing and payment handling
strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
experience in sales techniques to enhance guest dining experiences and promote menu items
attention to detail in food presentation and adherence to health standards
ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude

Job Duties

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
present menus and provide detailed information on food and beverage offerings
take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or OpenTable
serve food and beverages promptly ensuring that all items meet quality standards
manage guest relations by addressing inquiries concerns and special requests efficiently
collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders
maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area throughout service
