Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in fine dining service preferred
  • familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and OpenTable
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to stand for extended periods and carry heavy trays
  • excellent customer service orientation
  • flexible availability including evenings weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of food service practices particularly in fine dining settings
  • proficiency in using POS systems including Aloha POS and OpenTable
  • excellent guest relations skills with a focus on providing outstanding customer service
  • ability to perform basic math calculations for order processing and payment handling
  • strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
  • experience in sales techniques to enhance guest dining experiences and promote menu items
  • attention to detail in food presentation and adherence to health standards
  • ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude

Job Duties

  • Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • present menus and provide detailed information on food and beverage offerings
  • take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or OpenTable
  • serve food and beverages promptly ensuring that all items meet quality standards
  • manage guest relations by addressing inquiries concerns and special requests efficiently
  • collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area throughout service
