Job Duties
- Greet customers including children as they enter and depart the restaurant with a genuine smile and eye contact
- Start conversations and engage guests
- Communicate ordering options and assist guests in completing orders on kiosks
- Assist guests, especially parents with young children, in finding tables
- Proactively approach families to offer assistance and engage children in conversation
- Communicate with the restaurant team to provide feedback and recommendations on improving guest experience
- Confidently handle guest concerns
- Ensure the lobby and restrooms are clean and well-stocked
- Maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
- Have knowledge of the menu and make suitable suggestions
