- Communicate guest feedback and recommendations to restaurant team
- Handle guest concerns confidently
- Maintain cleanliness of lobby by cleaning tables and floors
- Clean restrooms and ensure they are stocked with soap and tissue
- Work positively in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrate knowledge of the menu and make suggestions
