Job Duties

Greet customers including children warmly as they enter and depart with a genuine smile and eye contact
Assist guests with ordering options and kiosk orders
Help guests especially parents with young children find tables
Proactively approach families to offer assistance
Make children feel important by engaging in conversations
Communicate guest feedback and recommendations to restaurant team
Handle guest concerns confidently
Maintain cleanliness of lobby by cleaning tables and floors
Clean restrooms and ensure they are stocked with soap and tissue
Work positively in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrate knowledge of the menu and make suggestions
