Job Requirements
- No prior experience required
- ability to work the scheduled shifts from 3 PM to 7 PM, two days per week
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff
- capacity to follow directions and training

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- excellent communication and customer service skills
- ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation principles preferred
- willingness to learn and undergo training
- ability to remain flexible and patient in a fast-paced environment
- attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Job Duties
- Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
- take food and beverages orders efficiently following established steps of service
- deliver food promptly and professionally maintaining safe food handling and sanitation standards
- follow up with guests to assist with additional needs or requests
- demonstrate complete understanding of menu items and ingredients and advise guests on appropriate combinations
- accommodate reasonable requests and note preferences including specialized diets and allergens as needed
- communicate with back-of-the-house staff to ensure correct order delivery and accommodation of special requests
- exhibit exceptional communication skills and positive interpersonal relations
- collect tickets and follow proper cash-handling procedures
- promote a clean, safe, and neat dining environment
- maintain confidentiality of personal or medical information shared
- address complaints or issues promptly and relay information to supervisors
- ensure proper dining room setup before and after service periods
- operate dining equipment such as fire extinguishers, telephones, beverage machines, and coffee makers
- collaborate with staff from other departments during special events and functions
- perform other duties as assigned
