Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
able to perform essential job functions with or without accommodation
available to work scheduled shifts of 3 PM to 7 PM two days per week
no prior experience required as training is provided
ability to stand and walk for extended periods
valid legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
strong communication and interpersonal skills
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation principles
customer service experience is a plus but not required
willingness to learn and undergo training
ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality
flexibility to work scheduled shifts
team-oriented mindset

Job Duties

Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
take food and beverage orders efficiently following established service steps
deliver food promptly and professionally while maintaining food safety and sanitation
follow up periodically to address any additional guest needs
demonstrate thorough knowledge of menu items and ingredients and advise guests accordingly
communicate with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy and accommodate special requests
exhibit excellent communication skills and maintain a courteous attitude with guests and team members
collect tickets and manage cash-handling procedures properly
promote a clean and safe dining environment
maintain confidentiality of personal or medical information shared by guests
address complaints promptly and escalate issues to supervisors as necessary
ensure dining room setup and cleanliness before and after service
operate various dining equipment such as iced tea machines and coffee makers
collaborate with staff from other departments during special events
perform other duties as assigned
