Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- excellent communication skills
- ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods
- ability to lift/move up to 25lbs
- familiarity with point of sale technology
- ability to multitask and work in fast-paced environment
- customer service orientation
Job Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- effective communication and presentation skills
- ability to read and interpret instructional documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals
- ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays
- previous customer service experience preferred
- knowledge of food safety and allergy information beneficial
Job Duties
- Provide excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction
- present menu and provide detailed information when asked (e.g. about portions, ingredients or food allergies)
- understand typical coursing as well as its link to upselling
- take accurate food and drinks orders, using ordering system
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple priorities and learn new procedures
- communicate effectively with customers in one-on-one and small group situations
- maintain awareness of store happenings to provide timely information
