Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
effective communication skills
ability to read and interpret instructional documents
flexible schedule availability including day, evening, weekends, and holidays
ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods
capability to reach, crouch, kneel, and stoop
frequent use of computers and handheld equipment
ability to lift/move up to 25 pounds

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
effective communication skills in one-on-one and small group situations
ability to read and interpret instructional documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals
ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays

Job Duties

Provide excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction
present menu and provide detailed information when asked about portions, ingredients or food allergies
understand typical coursing as well as its link to upselling
take accurate food and drinks orders using ordering system
ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple priorities and learn new procedure
