Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- availability for part-time evening shifts from 3:30 pm to 7:30 pm
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to communicate effectively
- ability to follow sanitary and safety guidelines
- willingness to work varying days and schedules
- ability to handle cash transactions
- ability to maintain guest confidentiality
Job Qualifications

- basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices preferred

- ability to remain flexible and patient when interacting with guests and staff

Job Duties
- Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
- take food and beverages orders efficiently following established service steps
- deliver food promptly and professionally while maintaining food handling and sanitation standards
- follow up periodically to assist with additional guest needs or requests
- demonstrate complete understanding of menu items and ingredients and advise guests accordingly
- communicate directly with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy and accommodate special requests
- collect tickets and follow proper cash-handling procedures
- promote a clean, safe, and neat environment for guests
- maintain confidentiality regarding personal or medical information
- promptly address complaints or issues and relay information to supervisors
- ensure the dining room is properly set up before and after service periods
- operate various equipment including fire extinguishers and beverage machines
- collaborate with staff from other departments during special events
- perform other assigned duties as needed
