Job Requirements

No previous experience required
ability to work part time with varying days and hours including weekends
willingness to undergo training
ability to stand and move for extended periods
strong verbal communication skills
must be able to handle cash transactions accurately
basic math skills
availability to work at Revel Rancharra location
compliance with company policies and safety regulations

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
strong communication and interpersonal skills
ability to work flexible hours including weekends
willingness to learn and accept training
basic math skills for handling cash transactions
ability to stand for extended periods
customer service experience is a plus but not required
knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards is beneficial

Job Duties

Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
take food and beverage orders efficiently following established steps of service
deliver food promptly and professionally while maintaining safe food handling and sanitation standards
follow up periodically with guests to assist with additional needs or requests
demonstrate complete understanding of menu items and ingredients
advise guests on food and drink combinations and accommodate dietary preferences
communicate directly with back-of-the-house staff to ensure orders are accurate and special requests are met
collect tickets and follow proper cash-handling procedures
maintain a clean, safe, and neat dining environment
promptly address complaints or issues and relay relevant information to supervisors
set up and clean the dining area before and after service
operate equipment such as coffee machines, soda machines, and fire extinguishers
collaborate with other departments during special events
perform other duties as assigned
