Job Requirements
- No previous experience required
- ability to work part time with varying days and hours including weekends
- willingness to undergo training
- ability to stand and move for extended periods
- strong verbal communication skills
- must be able to handle cash transactions accurately
- basic math skills
- availability to work at Revel Rancharra location
- compliance with company policies and safety regulations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- willingness to learn and accept training
- basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- ability to stand for extended periods
- customer service experience is a plus but not required
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards is beneficial
Job Duties
- Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
- take food and beverage orders efficiently following established steps of service
- deliver food promptly and professionally while maintaining safe food handling and sanitation standards
- follow up periodically with guests to assist with additional needs or requests
- demonstrate complete understanding of menu items and ingredients
- advise guests on food and drink combinations and accommodate dietary preferences
- communicate directly with back-of-the-house staff to ensure orders are accurate and special requests are met
- collect tickets and follow proper cash-handling procedures
- maintain a clean, safe, and neat dining environment
- promptly address complaints or issues and relay relevant information to supervisors
- set up and clean the dining area before and after service
- operate equipment such as coffee machines, soda machines, and fire extinguishers
- collaborate with other departments during special events
- perform other duties as assigned
