Job Duties
- Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
- take food and beverage orders efficiently following established service steps
- deliver food promptly and professionally while maintaining food handling and sanitation standards
- demonstrate complete understanding of menu items and ingredients and advise guests as needed
- communicate with back-of-the-house staff to ensure accurate and timely order delivery
- collect tickets and follow proper cash-handling procedures
- maintain cleanliness and safety of the dining area before, during, and after service
