Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
- take food and beverage orders efficiently following established steps of service
- deliver food promptly and professionally
- maintain safe food handling and sanitation standards
- advise guests on menu items and accommodate dietary preferences
- communicate accurately with kitchen and other staff to ensure correct order delivery
- maintain a clean and safe dining environment
- collect tickets and follow cash-handling procedures
- promptly address complaints and escalate when necessary
- set up and clean dining room before and after service
- operate dining equipment including coffee machines and soda machines
- collaborate with other departments during special events
- perform other duties as assigned
