Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
  • take food and beverage orders efficiently following established steps of service
  • deliver food promptly and professionally
  • maintain safe food handling and sanitation standards
  • advise guests on menu items and accommodate dietary preferences
  • communicate accurately with kitchen and other staff to ensure correct order delivery
  • maintain a clean and safe dining environment
  • collect tickets and follow cash-handling procedures
  • promptly address complaints and escalate when necessary
  • set up and clean dining room before and after service
  • operate dining equipment including coffee machines and soda machines
  • collaborate with other departments during special events
  • perform other duties as assigned
