Job Duties
- Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
- take food and beverage orders efficiently
- deliver food and beverages promptly and professionally
- maintain safe food handling and sanitation standards
- follow up periodically to assist with additional guest needs
- demonstrate knowledge of menu items, ingredients, specialized diets, and allergens
- communicate with kitchen and staff to ensure orders are correct and special requests accommodated
