Currently, Morrison Living is hiring immediately for part-time Waiter/Waitress positions at its Towne House location in Fort Wayne, Indiana. This part-time role offers a competitive pay range of $16.00 to $16.50 per hour and requires prior food service experience, which is preferred to ensure that candidates can deliver a seamless dining experience. The part-time schedule may vary, including some weekends, with specific hours to be discussed during the interview process. The Waiter/Waitress’s primary responsibility is to take food and beverage orders and deliver them efficiently to guests in the dining room. Job Duties
- Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
- take food and beverage orders efficiently, following established steps of service
- deliver food promptly and professionally while maintaining safe food handling and sanitation standards
- follow up periodically to assist with additional guest needs or requests
- communicate directly with back-of-the-house staff to ensure accurate order delivery and accommodate special requests
- collect tickets and perform proper cash-handling procedures
- maintain clean, safe, and neat dining environment while meeting sanitation standards
