Job Requirements
- prior hospitality experience preferred
- ability to work specified part-time schedule including weekends and holidays
- capable of performing essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations
- acceptable drug-free status as per company policy
- strong communication and customer service abilities
- ability to maintain confidentiality of guest information
- proficiency in handling food and beverage service
- adherence to safety and sanitation guidelines
- willing to use various dining equipment
Job Qualifications

- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- basic math skills for cash handling

- capable of standing for extended periods and performing physical tasks
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
Job Duties
- promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
- take food and beverage orders efficiently following established service steps
- deliver food promptly and professionally maintaining safety and sanitation standards
- follow up periodically to assist with additional needs or requests
- demonstrate thorough knowledge of menu items and ingredients
- advise guests on food and drink combinations and accommodate reasonable requests
- communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy and special requirements
- handle guest complaints or issues professionally and escalate to supervisors as needed
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area before, during, and after service
- operate dining equipment such as coffee machines, iced tea/soda dispensers, and soup wells
- collaborate with other departments during special events and functions
