We are actively seeking part-time waiters and waitresses to assist during meal services, who are passionate about hospitality and customer service. The shifts span Monday through Friday evenings, weekend afternoons, as well as Sunday and holiday daytime hours, providing a flexible schedule that can accommodate a variety of lifestyles. This position pays between $14.00 and $14.50 per hour. The role requires prompt and courteous service, with responsibilities including taking food and beverage orders, delivering items efficiently, ensuring accurate communication with the kitchen staff, and maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the dining area. The position demands attentiveness to guests’ needs, an understanding of menu items including special dietary requests, and the ability to operate various dining room equipment. Employees will also manage cash handling responsibly and uphold confidentiality regarding personal information shared by guests. Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
- takes food and beverages in an efficient manner following established steps of service
- delivers food promptly and professionally while maintaining safe food handling and sanitation standards
- follows up periodically to assist with any additional needs or requests
- demonstrates complete understanding of menu items and ingredients and advises guests on food and drink combinations
- accommodates reasonable requests and notes preferences including specialized diets and allergens
- communicates directly with back-of-the-house staff to ensure accurate order delivery and special requests accommodation
- exhibits exceptional communication skills and ability to get along with others
- collects tickets and follows proper cash-handling procedures
- promotes a clean, safe, and neat environment for guests
- maintains confidentiality regarding personal or medical information
- promptly addresses complaints or issues and relays relevant information to supervisor
- ensures the dining room is set up properly before and after service while meeting sanitation standards
- operates a variety of equipment including fire extinguishers and beverage machines
- works with other departments during special events and performs other assigned duties
