Currently, Morrison Living is hiring for part-time Waiter/Waitress positions at their Beatitudes Campus located in Phoenix, Arizona. This role involves taking food and beverage orders and efficiently delivering them to guests in a professional, friendly manner that enhances the overall dining experience. The part-time schedule includes varied days and hours with a requirement to work weekends. The pay rate for this position is $16.39 per hour. Prior server experience is preferred, but Morrison Living offers training for those who are willing to learn and grow within the hospitality sector.

As a Waiter or Waitress, you will be an essential part of the culinary team, which is at the heart of Morrison Living's operations. Additionally, the role requires exercising discretion and confidentiality regarding personal or medical information shared by guests, and swiftly addressing any complaints or concerns by escalating them to supervisors when necessary. The dining area must be properly set up before service, and kept clean and orderly during and after service hours. You will operate various dining equipment and collaborate with other departments to support special events and functions.
