With a strong presence across the nation, Morrison Living focuses on creating vibrant, welcoming environments where residents, associates, and guests feel valued and cared for. The company prides itself on its commitment to hospitality excellence and on fostering a supportive, inclusive workplace where employees can grow their careers and make a tangible impact in the lives of others. Morrison Living offers both full-time and part-time opportunities, featuring competitive pay and a robust benefits package designed to support the health, well-being, and professional growth of its team members. They operate with a commitment to fairness and diversity, ensuring equality of opportunity for all applicants and associates.
Currently, Morrison Living is hiring for part-time Waiter/Waitress positions at their Beatitudes Campus located in Phoenix, Arizona. This role involves taking food and beverage orders and efficiently delivering them to guests in a professional, friendly manner that enhances the overall dining experience. The part-time schedule includes varied days and hours with a requirement to work weekends. The pay rate for this position is $16.39 per hour. Prior server experience is preferred, but Morrison Living offers training for those who are willing to learn and grow within the hospitality sector.
As a Waiter or Waitress, you will be an essential part of the culinary team, which is at the heart of Morrison Living's operations. This is a dynamic role that requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting guests warmly, taking accurate food and beverage orders, delivering meals promptly, answering questions about menu items including ingredients and dietary concerns, and ensuring guests are satisfied throughout their dining experience. You will also work closely with kitchen and other back-of-house staff to ensure orders are prepared and delivered correctly, maintaining high standards of sanitation and safety at all times.
Additionally, the role requires exercising discretion and confidentiality regarding personal or medical information shared by guests, and swiftly addressing any complaints or concerns by escalating them to supervisors when necessary. The dining area must be properly set up before service, and kept clean and orderly during and after service hours. You will operate various dining equipment and collaborate with other departments to support special events and functions. Morrison Living fosters a friendly atmosphere where teamwork and mutual support are highly valued.
This position offers a fun and engaging work environment alongside a team of talented professionals dedicated to culinary excellence. Working with Morrison Living means becoming part of a nationally recognized leader in hospitality, where your efforts contribute directly to creating memorable dining experiences for their communities. The company also provides a comprehensive benefits package for part-time team members, including retirement plans, wellness programs, and various voluntary benefits that contribute to your overall quality of life and job satisfaction. This opportunity is ideal for someone passionate about hospitality, eager to join a supportive team, and ready to contribute positively in a rewarding environment.
