Job Requirements

  • Must have prior VIP cocktail and food server experience
  • availability to work full and part-time schedules including nights and weekends
  • ability to follow all company policies and procedures
  • ability to perform physical tasks required for the role such as standing for long periods and carrying food trays
  • must be able to handle cash and POS systems
  • comply with safety protocols including the use of protective gloves and slip-resistant shoes

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous VIP cocktail and food server experience required
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
  • strong teamwork and customer service orientation

Job Duties

  • Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
  • take food and beverage orders efficiently following established steps of service
  • deliver food promptly and professionally maintaining safe food handling and sanitation standards
  • demonstrate thorough knowledge of menu items and ingredients and advise guests on appropriate combinations
  • communicate directly with back-of-the-house staff to ensure order accuracy and accommodate special requests
  • collect tickets and follow proper cash-handling procedures
  • promote a clean, safe, and neat environment for guests
  • promptly address complaints or issues and relay them to the supervisor
  • ensure dining room is properly set up before and after service
  • operate various equipment including fire extinguishers, soda machines, and coffee machines
  • work with staff from other departments during special events
  • perform other duties as assigned
