Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous serving or bartending experience preferred
- ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- capacity to stand and walk for extended periods
- must be able to handle cash transactions accurately
- availability to work full-time or part-time hours as scheduled

- knowledge of food service safety and sanitation standards
- exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to remain flexible and patient when dealing with guests
- ability to operate common restaurant equipment
Job Duties
- Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
- take food and beverage orders efficiently following established steps of service
- deliver food promptly and professionally while maintaining safe food handling and sanitation standards
- follow up periodically to assist with any additional needs or requests
- demonstrate complete understanding of menu items and ingredients and advise guests accordingly
- communicate directly with back-of-the-house staff to ensure order accuracy and accommodate special requests
- collect tickets and follow proper cash-handling procedures
