Job Requirements
- Previous food service experience preferred but not required
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- ability to perform physical tasks associated with the role such as standing for long periods and carrying trays
- basic proficiency in English for effective communication
- must be 18 years or older

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred

- knowledge of safe food handling and sanitation standards
- ability to handle fast-paced work environment and multitask
- basic math skills for handling transactions
Job Duties
- Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
- take food and beverages orders efficiently, following established steps of service
- deliver food promptly and professionally while maintaining safe food handling and sanitation standards
- follow up periodically to assist with any additional guest needs or requests
- demonstrate complete understanding of menu items and ingredients and advise guests on appropriate food and drink combinations
- communicate directly with back-of-the-house staff to ensure orders are correct and special requests are accommodated
- collect tickets and follow proper cash-handling procedures
