Job Requirements

  • Must have VIP cocktail and food server experience
  • ability to work full-time or part-time with flexible schedules including nights and weekends
  • reliable transportation to Fillmore Philadelphia location
  • ability to perform physical tasks such as standing for extended periods and carrying trays
  • adherence to company policies including safety and sanitation procedures
  • legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior VIP cocktail or food service experience required
  • excellent customer service and communication skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • knowledge of safe food handling and sanitation practices
  • ability to maintain professionalism and patience in a fast-paced environment
  • basic understanding of specialized diets and allergens is a plus

Job Duties

  • Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
  • take food and beverages in an efficient manner following established steps of service
  • deliver food promptly and professionally while maintaining safe food handling and sanitation standards
  • follow up periodically to assist with any additional needs or requests
  • demonstrate complete understanding of menu items and ingredients and advise guests on appropriate combinations
  • communicate directly with back-of-the-house staff to ensure correct order delivery and accommodate special requests
  • collect tickets and follow proper cash-handling procedures
