Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in a food service role preferred
  • knowledge of food handling and sanitation safety
  • ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • familiarity with menu items and dietary restrictions
  • customer service orientation
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
  • take food and beverage orders efficiently following established service steps
  • deliver food and beverages professionally maintaining food safety and sanitation
  • follow up periodically to assist guests with additional needs
  • communicate directly with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy and accommodate special requests
  • collect tickets and handle cash properly
  • maintain a clean, safe, and neat dining environment
  • address guest complaints promptly and escalate to supervisor when needed
  • set up and clear the dining room before and after service
  • operate equipment such as coffee machines and soda dispensers
  • collaborate with other departments during special events
  • perform other duties as assigned
