Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a food service role preferred
- knowledge of food handling and sanitation safety
- ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- familiarity with menu items and dietary restrictions
- customer service orientation
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
- take food and beverage orders efficiently following established service steps
- deliver food and beverages professionally maintaining food safety and sanitation
- follow up periodically to assist guests with additional needs
- communicate directly with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy and accommodate special requests
- collect tickets and handle cash properly
- maintain a clean, safe, and neat dining environment
- address guest complaints promptly and escalate to supervisor when needed
- set up and clear the dining room before and after service
- operate equipment such as coffee machines and soda dispensers
- collaborate with other departments during special events
- perform other duties as assigned
