Job Requirements

Previous serving experience preferred but not required
ability to work full time or part time schedules including mornings, evenings, and weekends
willingness to undergo training
ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
basic math skills for cash handling
physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods
commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
sensitivity to confidential information
eligibility to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
previous serving or hospitality experience preferred but not required
strong communication and interpersonal skills
ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends
knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
ability to handle cash transactions accurately
customer service orientation
ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced setting

Job Duties

Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
take food and beverage orders efficiently, following established steps of service
deliver food promptly and professionally
maintain safe food handling and sanitation standards
follow up periodically to assist with guest needs or requests
demonstrate thorough understanding of menu items and ingredients
advise guests on food and drink combinations
accommodate reasonable guest requests and preferences
communicate effectively with back-of-the-house staff to ensure order accuracy
exhibit exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
remain flexible and patient when interacting with guests and staff
collect tickets and follow proper cash-handling procedures
promote a clean, safe, and neat dining environment
maintain sensitivity and confidentiality regarding personal or medical information
promptly address guest complaints or issues and report to supervisor
ensure dining room is properly set up before and after service
operate various equipment including fire extinguishers and beverage machines
collaborate with staff across departments during special events
perform other duties as assigned
