Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a VIP cocktail and food server
- Ability to work nights and weekends including event-driven schedules
- Must have effective communication skills
- Ability to maintain food safety and sanitation
- Able to lift and carry moderate weights
- Must be able to work collaboratively with a team
- Commitment to providing exceptional guest service

- Basic math skills for handling cash and processing transactions
Job Duties
- Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
- Take food and beverage orders efficiently following established steps of service
- Deliver food promptly and professionally maintaining safe food handling standards
- Follow up with guests to assist with additional needs or requests
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of menu items and ingredients including specialty diets
- Communicate effectively with back-of-the-house staff to ensure order accuracy
- Collect tickets and follow proper cash-handling procedures
- Promote a clean, safe, and neat environment
- Address complaints promptly and relay information to supervisors
- Ensure dining room is properly set up before and after service
- Operate kitchen and dining equipment as needed
- Collaborate with staff across departments during special events
- Perform other duties as assigned
