Job Requirements

  • Previous serving experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends
  • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
  • Capability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties

  • Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
  • Take food and beverage orders efficiently following established service steps
  • Deliver food promptly and professionally while maintaining food safety and sanitation standards
  • Demonstrate knowledge of menu items, ingredients, special diets, and allergens
  • Communicate effectively with back-of-the-house staff to ensure order accuracy
  • Collect tickets and follow proper cash-handling procedures
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and neat environment for guests
