Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous serving experience preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
Capability to stand for extended periods

Ability to communicate well with guests and team members

Job Duties

Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
Take food and beverage orders efficiently following established service steps
Deliver food promptly and professionally while maintaining food safety and sanitation standards
Demonstrate knowledge of menu items, ingredients, special diets, and allergens
Communicate effectively with back-of-the-house staff to ensure order accuracy
Collect tickets and follow proper cash-handling procedures
Maintain a clean, safe, and neat environment for guests
