The company is currently seeking motivated individuals to fill the roles of waiters and waitresses at their Holly Creek location in Centennial, Colorado. These positions come with an attractive pay range of $19.00 to $20.00 per hour, alongside schedules designed not to extend into late evenings, thus supporting healthy work-life harmony for associates. The individuals hired will be responsible for taking food and beverage orders efficiently and courteously, delivering meals promptly and professionally, and ensuring all guests’ needs are met with attentiveness. The position requires a firm understanding of menu items, including ingredients and potential dietary restrictions, to assist guests in making informed choices and to accommodate specific dietary requests and allergies. Wait staff will also collaborate closely with kitchen and other back-of-house personnel to ensure seamless order execution and guest satisfaction.
This role is designed for those who thrive in dynamic hospitality settings and who possess excellent communication skills, a customer-oriented attitude, and the ability to work well under pressure while maintaining flexibility and patience. Morrison Living provides comprehensive training for new hires, making the positions accessible to applicants with little or no previous experience though prior experience is preferred. This reflects the company’s commitment to developing talent and supporting employees' career trajectories within the hospitality industry.
Additionally, working at Morrison Living offers more than just a job. Employees gain access to a robust benefits package that supports their health, wellness, and overall quality of life. Benefits range from paid sick leave and retirement plans to health insurance options including medical, dental, and vision coverage for full-time employees. Furthermore, associates enjoy perks such as identity theft protection, pet insurance, voluntary benefits like critical illness insurance, accident insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, legal service plans, and more. The company also encourages a strong team culture and provides opportunities for personal and professional advancement within a supportive and inclusive workplace environment.
Overall, this waiter/waitress position is ideal for individuals passionate about hospitality, eager to be part of a winning team, and committed to delivering top-tier guest services.
